gerunds

Are both correct below?
(1) He was mad at my not showing up.
(2) He was mad at me not showing up.

Or should we add the preposition 'for' in #2 and make it ' He was mad at me for not showing up.'

And is the use of gerunds correct in all below?

My winning the championship gained me a lot of popularity.

I was annoyed by him not showing up.

I was annoyed by his not showing up.

Thank you.
