Gerund or Present participle?

Hi all,

Picture yourself jumping high or doing amazing tricks.

Are those underlined words gerunds or present participles?

I'd like to hear a native speaker's opinion on this. Thank you.

I would call jumping and doing gerunds.

The verb picture takes an object and the gerund phrases are the objects.

Here is an example of the same words as present participles:

Jumping high and doing amazing tricks, Rover was the star of the dog show.
