GERUND or PARTICIPIAL?

Hello!! I wanted to know if you can help me to figure out which of these two options is the correct one.

I was given a sentence so as to analise and check whether it is a gerundial or participial clause...

"HE HAD NO INTENTION OF SINGING AT BIRTHDAY PARTIES"

what about the category of the prepositional complement??
