2. I have a party COME from china. (Causative)
3. I have a PARTY'S COMING from china. (Possessive)

First off, party is the wrong word to describe a number of laptops. It is only used in this way to describe a group of people. You could use a word like shipment or order here.

Wouldn't condoms be more useful than laptops?

So funny and so sorry.
Let me tell you something, couple of months ago, I went to Fry's Electronics to buy a spool of filament for 3DPriner.
But I was asking them: 'Sorry where is your stools?" Filament stools. I remember you had a lot of stools in different colors."

I hope they thought you were looking for furniture rather than dung. Emotion: smile

First of all, I hope your laptops are going to arrive at your warehouse.

I don't know what a party of laptops is. It seems like you are receiving a shipment of laptops from China (Use a capital letter on names of countries, proper nouns).

Of your three sentences, the only one that works well is the first, but I would say "shipment" rather than "party."

I have a party COMING from China (Gerund) is the only possible correct usage. There is no difference in meaning.

One puzzling usage is "I have bRought a party of 100 laptops from China and it is on its way " Althogh 'party' is singular it feels plural, so we need to say "100 laptops from China and they are on their way."

The word "party" does not make sense there. Shipment or delivery would be more suitable words.
