The 2nd is a sentence (a bit odd, though) but the 1st is just a fragment.

#1 is only part of a sentence. If it is put into a sentence correctly, then it is correct:

(X) An adolescent finding it difficult to obtain a good job -- No good.

An adolescent finding it difficult to obtain a good job will often suffer stress. -- OK
