Are these sentences is right ?

1.) I don't like his speaking French
2.) I don't like his to know this or I don't know his knowing this
know,remember,forget etc. Can they be possessive gerund ?

I think you wrote this wrong. See above.

I suppose you're asking if you can put possessives before the gerund forms of these verbs.
