The US comes in, at present, at a surprisingly high 19, whereas the UK is in the rather dismal position of 139. Ireland is doing only slightly better, which also surprised me when compared their rank with that of the US. Perhaps Americans aren't as worldly-unwise as they are sometimes portrayed to be.
