Hi
His approach towards his colleagues was gentlemanly.
Is it OK to use 'gentlemanly' predicately as here?

I would replace towards with to in this context, but it is just a matter of personal preference.

If you use American English, leave out the s in towards.

Broadly speaking, the adjective gentlemanly commonly collocates with words like behavior, conduct, etc.

So, I would say:

His behavior toward his col
