Genitive with "years"

Which form is correct

"She has over 20 years' experience"
"She has over 20 years of experience"
"She has 20 years experience"

I'd go for the first but I'm not sure.

Any help is welcome.

I politeness/formality is a factor, I would not contract, thus I would prefer the 2nd.
