genitive or objective case form?

I'm also dealing with this problem of genitive or objective case form in these sentences:
I dislike him/his driving my car.
We look forward to you/your becoming our neighbour.
I look forward to it/its getting warmer in spring.
Peter stopped the vehicle's crashing into the fence.

In all cases I incline to the genitive form, but doing that just by feeling.
(and doing so turned out to be wrong in several cases before:)

thanks in advance !
