generous with his money/time

When you say that someone is generous, does that imply financially?

How would you say:
He is generous financially.
He isn't generous with his time.
He is generous with his money.

Ps Is this sentence natural: When you say that someone is generous, does that imply financial[ly]?

Thanks

Everything there is natural, but "He is generous with his money" is better than "He is generous financially." I'd say that we think of money first when we say someone is generous.
