Hi just to be sure does generation here is like "creations" like something the form something else? I know this word generator of scripts for example am I right?

I'd say it is quite close to create, produce or make.

Yes, generate is similar in meaning to create, produce.
In Logics, and similar fields, it usually refers to a set of mechanical steps to be followed in order to "produce" something.
