Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to complaining about a mistake of booking service on your website, causing me to miss my fight.
I had a business trip which played a crucial part in my company’s grow on 15th August from Bangkok to Toronto but my mission had not been done greatly due to your awful service. In fact, although I was confirmed hay email my booking was successful, I was stated at the airport that my ticket was canceled because of online system errors.
As a result, this affected not only my job but also my company significantly as our reputation became less reliable. Our clients, therefore, might be reluctant to reach a new consensus in the next business. Furthermore, it is time-wasting when our trade meeting had to be delayed up to three days.
I would like to request an official apology from your Airline to my company as well as compensating for the cost of the flight.
