General question

I have a quick question about replying to questions. Everytime I reply, I see "Only answer in British English" (Actually it just has the flag.)

Is there a place to change this? Does that mean I can't answer these questions since I am native in American English? Thanks!

You should only take that to mean 'write in English'.
