general job enquiry call on telephone

suppose i'm seeking job opportunities and decided to call an employer on phone. below a sample conversation is given which is for sure not perfect or official..can you guys make it better and more official..

" hello sir....my name is abc and i'm calling from def...can i talk to you now?...thank you sir..i called you to ask if any job openings there in your company as a ghi position..i have 2.6 years of experience in ghi position ..I'm ready to meet for an interview at your convenience.. thank you for your time sir"
