General help

Hello,

Many kind thanks in advance for anyone who can answer the following two questions:

1. Does this sentence make sense in terms of the words one another / each other. Something tells me that I have to use either one consistently in the sentence, but I don't...

Koreans ask one another about their age in order to determine how to properly address each other in social interactions.

2. What is the difference in saying, " I am at a mall" vs. "I am at the mall." Definite article vs. indefinite article. I know the rules for each, but what is implied here?

Best regards.

Hi PMB Your first sentence uses 'one another' and 'each other' appropriately. As regards your second question, the use of the word 'the' refers to a particular mall. There may be only one mall in the speaker's area, and thus the reference would be to that one.
