General Grammer Question

Hey What Up guys
I have little problems in the tenses for example

Ali have taken the meal.
and
Ali have been taken the meal.

Kindly tell me which one of them is correct and elaborate with more examples with different scenarios.

The difference in Voices: Active and Passive

Ali have taken the meal. (Active Voice)

Ali have been taken the meal. (Passive Voice)

e.g. I have read the book. (Active Voice)
The book has been read (by me). (Passive Voice)
or I have asked many questions (Active Voice) - (I asked them myself)
I have been asked many questions. (Passive Voice) - (somebody asked m

Ali has, not Ali have.



Ali has taken the meal. I assume you mean 'Ali has eaten the meal'.

We usually use the verb 'eat'. 'Take a meal' is very old-fashioned English.

Use eaten, not taken. Note the meaning change when been is used below:

Ali has eaten.
Ali has eaten the orange.
