I'm trying to explain why I am no longer accepting a certain product by saying that any possible benefits received from the product are not worth the effort required to get them. I want to say....
the "Benefit / ?What" ratio? What's the word that would portray the effort required to achieve a benefit? Am I explaining......does ANYONE know what I'm trying to ask? Lol! Any help greatly appreciated!
