General english grammar

I don't know i really like to speak english and to talk into but i can't because ppl uses so much hard words i mean vocabulary nd all thatci dont know how to speak it on right way maybe i have so many mistakes in this too but what can i do for that is there any better way please help me out because i am interested in that....but i cant nd i dont speak with ppl bcoz i think i will make mistake nd they will laugh on me thats the reason can someone help me out please?????

Well, of course they'll laugh at you at first, but you have to have a thick skin. Don't worry about what they do. Just keep talking. Talk to people whenever you can. Practice, practice, practice. Pretty soon they won't be laughing anymore.
