Dear teachers, could you please tell me how to express the following idea? I want to praise someone for taking into account a very important detail that nobody mentioned before, despite being essential to keep things going.

Could it be something like: " Thank you wakened the point" "It's good that you got the picture" ...?

I do not want to sound very formal, neither too familiar, as among colleagues, so to say.
