General conversation with students

A student was asking me the page number again and again while I was explaining, which emphasizes that he was not paying heed at all while I was explaining.

Then I said that can you correct that for me.

Please don't talk and ask the page no while I speak, it's very annoying if you paid attention to what I was explaining then you knew the page no anyway, or if you pay attention you will know the page no throughout the progress.

Please correct the whole.
