Are all correct below? If any are correct, which ones--and how would you write them?

the mouse's path (sing. possessive)

the mice's path (pl. possessive)

the mouses' paths (pl. possessive)


the deers' path (pl. possessive)

the deer's path (sing. possessive)

How many deer have you shot?

Those two are not correct. 's is added to plural forms which do not end in -s. So, it's mice's and deer's.
