gday mates thank you letter

my daughter just returned from australia and is doing a follow up letter that needs a little help can you please assist us?

G'Day Mates! I finally made it home from a 3 week adventure to Australia, and I had a great time. I am including some of my experiences that I encountered down under.

First I learned that traveling can be a very trying thing, and you must always remain flexible. Second that it was a great place to make diverse, lifelong friend and memories that can never be taken away. My delegation was made up of students from west Tx and the Boston area, and we wwere quite diverse.

There is nothing more beautiful than the landscape of Australia, or a cute as a kangaroo outside your hotel room, or as smelly as a koala clinging to your arm, or as annoying bur unique as the cry of a kookaburra, or as colorful as the fish and coral in the Great Barrier Reef.

I also figured out that hay in your tent will bring cows to your sleeping area. And Fresh water crocodiles are not considered dangerous or a threat.

While in Australia I also faced a few frightening times. A snake slithering around your neck can feel a bit strang, and flying through a valley hooked to a cable, can be a bit scary, but there is nothing more exciting as repelling down a rock face in the midst of Australia. When your second chance comes to reppell blindfolded it can be daring, but I say just do it! My homestay made me a bit uncomfortable but that changed right away as my homestay family eased that feeling, and made me fell right at home, The Birgins were great and I will miss them dearly.

Sydney was spectacular, a highlight of my trip. The Sydney Opera House was just beautiful, The Harbour Brige was fantastic, and the Olympic Stadium was grand.

" In this World divided by fear, I had to believe that there was a reason I was there. These ar the days worth living, these are the years I am giving, these are the moments, these are the times, so lets make the best out of our lives." This was are theme song from the trip and it fit our journey. President Eisenhower the founder of People to People, Founded this program to help promote World Peace, and now we are a World divided by fear. We all must believe that there is a reason we are here.

Without you I could not have been there and I want to Thank every person that helped to make this dream come true.

Sincere Thanks Kayleah Law

This is a fine letter by a native English speaking student. Just have your daughter proofread it for spelling and puntuation errors (of which there are several simple ones) and mail it off. Sounds like Kayleah had a great time.
