gave me a great deal/price/bargain

The store gave me a great deal on these books! I can't believe how cheap they were.

Hi,

Could I replace "a great deal" in the above with "a good price/bargain?" Thanks.

You could, but-- we need to talk more about what you are trying to do or find out, Angliholic. Usually, you present us with a very native-like expression which you inquire about changing to something synonymous but non-natural. Thanks, Mister and HT.

Well, I ask these kinds of questions to find out what alternatives there are for me to say or write besides the original ones. Besides, when I post them, I memorize them by typing and reading your replies to them. In this way, I have a chance to use them and keep them in heart.
