Gave it no more thought

Which are correct:

1) I gave it no more thought than I would do to having a drink.

2) I gave it no more thought than I would to having a drink.

3) I gave it no more thought than I do to having a drink.

4) I gave it no more thought than to having a drink.

5) I gave it no more thought than having a drink.

The expression is "give thought to ", so you can't leave out "to". That makes 5) incorrect. The others are all correct, but I find 1) unusual.
