Gave

I'm paying for groceries and I gave the lady the money, but it's wasn't enough, so I said:

I've given you $5, so how much do I still need to give you. OR

I gave you $5, so how much do I still need to give you. Or

I already gave you $5, so how much do I still need to give you.

Are all three useable and basically mean the same thing?
