GAS vs FIZ

Could you please tell me what you think?

- The drink no longer has any gas. You left the cap off for too long. (is GAS the word? for coke?)

Is this correct?

- I can see it in your eyes that you're sad.

- My kitchen is bigger than your room in width/bigger than the width of this room.

BUT
We are more likely to say, "The drink has gone flat."

2. I can see it(OMIT) in your eyes that you're sad.

When we measure a room, we say, "It measures 15' long by 10' wide", so...
Colloquially, we actually do talk about a room being wider, longer, deeper than...
