Gas in the stomach
Hello, there's a sickness when someone's stomach gets full of gas a lot, what do you usually call that? And is the polite word for "fa**", gas? If it was up to me, I'd say, "Gassy stomach" , for example If I wanted to say that someone has such and such a sickness, It'd be like this, "He has a gassy stomach" .
