gale

It was gale that swept the sailors to the sea. The forsest in the sea where varties of fish were swimming. The wave raised up to 100 feet. Then it came down with the vegenance. It splashed the ship here and there. The crew were hurried to sweep the water out.

When Alan reached twelve, he was ready to prepare his training. Alan's father told him what the experience was like. Alan listened closely as his dad spoke to him.

Are they OK?

Nice try, sorry if I sound picky here, but you just need to sort a few things out in your first paragraph. The second paragraph is fine. 1) Spell check.

Nice try, sorry if I sound picky here, but you just need to sort a few things out in your first paragraph. The second paragraph is fine.

1) Spell check.

2) Gale needs an article - a or the. into the sea. But then you say it was a big wave that did it? Perhaps you need to talk about the gale creating massive waves...

3) Forest is ok if you are using it metaphorically. per
