Possibly. I find it hard to decipher this one. It's a combination of two different expressions, both involving the word spoon.

Gag me with a spoon! = What I see disgusts me.
born with a silver spoon in his mouth = born into a very wealthy family

Maybe the character who says this is disgust

I agree that it's a combination of "born with a silver spoon" and "gag me with a spoon," but I think the character is disgusted not with his wealth per se but with the control his family has been able to exert over him because of it, pressure to behave in a certain way, associate with certain people, etc. The terrible burden of wealth
