I have seen 'For your information please' being used in official e-mail communication, whenever some content is sent to the recipient, which is for his information. Is this grammatically correct? Is 'For your information' the correct phrase to be used?

'Please' is odd there in any case. The phrase 'for your information' is common enough, and is grammatical as it stands (as an isolated prepositional phrase).
