Future time markers

Could you tell me the difference between 'in the next 10 years ' and 'in 10 years' time'? Thank you in advance.

In the next ten years means at any time from now on until the end of 2025. e. somewhere around the end of 2025.

In the next ten years means at any time from now on until the end of 2025.

In 10 years' time means ten years from now, i.e. somewhere around the end of 2025.

The grammar books usually suggest that it should be 10/ten years' time (years is already plural and ends with an s, so there's no need for a second s, the apostrophe is required though)
