Future tenses

Hello,

What would be more correctly said?

We are having or we are going to have dinner at a nice restaurant on Saturday.

It's going to snow or it will snow in the mountains tomorrow evening.

I am seeing my sister in April or I am going to see my sister in April.

Thanks
