Future Tense

This is a question from Azar's Understanding and Using English Grammar (3rd Edition), page 67.

Directions: Discuss the differences (if any) in meaning in these groups of sentences.

a. I will be studying when you come.

b. I am going to be studying when you come.

Is there any difference in meaning between will and be going to in the above sentences, knowing that will is generally used for offers and spontaneous decisions whereas be going to is used for planned decisions. Also, both are used for predictions.

Thanks.
