future tense

'He will have talked' and 'He will talk'
both of them are in future. they'll start in future and finish in the future as well
whats the difference ?

Future Perfect Tense

Use this with a by-phrase of time (or by the time). The action described by this tense does not necessarily start in the future. In fact, the emphasis in on the fact that it finishes in the future, but just before some other future event.
