Future tense

I am often confused for the use I hear of the simple future tense:

When + future

Example : A)when I'll be there,I can buy lots of things

B) When I'll be twenty.

How does it work?

isn't it correct to say: when I am there I can buy lots of things

or

When I am 20?
Please let me know.

Regards
