No. They are not the same structure. There's no '. . . to + verb'.

You need 'I am going to take a shower'.

Yes, but note that in this kind of example you are actually going to a place.



Compare that to 'I am going to learn Chinese'. here you are not actually going to a place. You are just stating a plan.
