As a native speaker, I would utter either B or C. For the purpose of a test written by someone else, I would select C just to be safe.

Dear friends,

We may say «I am going to Paris today». We may also say «I will go to Paris today». It is my opinion that the first example is normal and that the second example is emphatic.

I would rather agree with Teo and Goldmund.

For example, let's compare "I'll buy it today" and "I'll buy it tomorrow".
To me, they sound the same except the difference in the time to buy it.

Watch me. I will astral-project myself to Paris one mille-second from now. Don't blink, or you'll miss it.
