Is below sentence is correct to inform my HR about a purchased order

I have met with XYZ, and he said that they will not be placed any purchase order in this month. The First week of May, they will place the order of 1 kl liquid

There is no Future Perfect tense here. Future Perfect is eg They will have placed an order
