Future perfect progressive

Hello. I'm learning perfect tence. Which one sounds better?

Or are they both grammatically correct? If so, what's the major difference?

1 a. My father will have worked for the bank for twenty years next week.

b. My father will have been working for the bank for twenty years next week.

2 a. I will have played tennis for three years next month.

b. I will have been playing tennis for three years next month.

It's too difficult for me to understand the difference between "perfect" and "perfect progressive."

Thank you in advance.

It's not major. The minor difference is that the progressive shows that the speaker has a bit more emotional attachment
