Future perfect or future simple?

Hello everyone! I've got a quite simple question, I guess =)

1) She will bring the letter by 7 o'clock.

2) She will have brought the letter by 7 o'clock.

There is no real difference in the meaning, I suppose. But still, that would be nice to get some confirmation for my thoughts. Or refutation, for that matter.
