Only this one (#3) is correct. Future perfect typically suggests unreal conditions. It will have been my 5th year with the company next week if I hadn't taken the position with XYZ.

(1) and (2) sound off to me. I would use (3) and (4) (or, in fact, just say "It's five weeks ...").
