Future or present tense(revised question)

Hallo teachers
I have here a grammar quiz, which was already answered by Grammar Geek,unfortunately I made a mistake in copying the question,as amtter of fact there is no "?" after the word profit.

1) What's the outlook for the coming year?
Only by cutting costs .. A) will we make .. a profit.
