Future no future

Hi

There are two scenarios, two different paths we can choose to take. The

first future is no future – or, at least, only a very short term one. The details are

difficult to predict exactly, but perhaps if global warming isn’t halted, nations will

struggle against one another to protect and procure dwindling food, water and

energy supplies. There will be more climatic disasters, more devastation from

storms and floods, and more arid lands and failing crops. The world will be filled

with a chaos of war and social turmoil and the human race will spiral inevitably

towards self-destruction.
