It has been some time since we haven't been in touch with each other. I hope this note finds you well and ready to enjoy the Christmas Holidays.

It has been a real pleasure doing business with you this past year. As you probably know, it is our company policy to conduct business in a manner that gives full attention to providing the best services to our customers. We are pleased to inform you that some extremely important decisions are being taken at the moment concerning new events taking place on our campus regarding the following months to come. Needless to say, your views on the matter are always fully appreciated.
