How about "The elevators will be being repaired from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday."
(Although it would be better to simply say "We will be repairing the elevators...")

I can't think of an scenario where one would use the " will be being ..... " construction. Syntactically, it doesn't make good grammatical sense, to me. anyway.
