Future continuous tense

The kids are very quiet at the moment. They'll be doing something wrong, I bet!
I know the sentence is correct but why? Shouldn't it be "They must have done something wrong?" As the kids have done something wrong that's why they are quiet.

May be. But I'm afraid to say the original sentence is incorrect because I have seen this sentence in an online test.
