Future continuous does not suggest the idea of personal intention.

Hello.

I don't understand when Michael Swan says in his book that the future continuous does not suggest the idea of personal intention.

What does it mean? Could you give me an example with personal intention and another one without it?

Maybe he meant that the future continuous does not necessarily always suggest the idea of personal intention.

Tomorrow at 3 pm the mailman will be making his rounds in my neighborhood.

Does this suggest that the mailman has the intention of making his rounds? Or not?
It's hard to say. Maybe he does have that intention, but maybe the sentence foc
