Future continuous

The future continuous

First of all: When exactly do we use it? And where's the difference to "future simple" (I will watch / I'm going to watch, ...) compared to "future continuous"?

Another question is: Is it used only with "will" or are there any possibilities to say: ...'s going to be watching ... And what would be the difference then?

Thanks!
