The first won't work, but you could use either of the others. I would use the third in writing, but I might well use the second in speech.

I'm afraid your book is wrong. Will live, will be living and are going to be living are all possible ways to say this. Will living is not.

All right, it's the correct answer to the question, but not a correct sentence. It's a very unclear way to explain the matter; listing the ungrammatical sentence as "correct" and the grammatical sentences as "incorrect". I'm going to go
